i&m Bauzentrum „Germany’s Best Retailer 2017“

Plus X Award presents award at the 6^th i&m brand meeting

Apart from its seven seals of approval for innovation, quality, design, ease of use, functionality, ergonomics and ecology, Plus X Award, the world’s largest innovation award for technology, sports and lifestyle, regularly presents special awards, to highlight outstanding achievements of brands and enterprises. This year, Plus X Award’s “Germany’s Best Retailer 2017” award again recognises those retailers which have achieved the highest level of customer satisfaction.

After i&m Bauzentrum was already „Germany’s Best Retailer“ in 2016 and received the award at the Plus X Award night at the former German parliament in Bonn, they are again heading the DIY specialist centre category in terms of customer satisfaction.

The award certificate was officially presented by Donat Brandt, president of Plus X Award, at i&m’s brand meeting at the Westfalenhalle in Dortmund. “The results of the two-month survey reflect the high standard of i&m’s product range, quality and customer service and their attractive pricing. All these facts make i&m Bauzentrum so popular,” says Brandt.

Dr. Wolfgang Kömpf, chair of the brand committee, values Plus X Award’s „Germany’s
Best Retailer 2017“ as an acknowledgement of i&m’s brand strategy. “A strong brand with a clear concept, great regional commitment of its members as well as stringent implementations of the brand guidelines are the basis for continued success”, says Dr. Wolfgang Kömpf.
