How reliable is a brand promise and how satisfied are Germans with their brand after making a purchase?
Satisfying customers – this goal often degenerates into a hollow phrase. In times of digital transformation, customer advice is often neglected and products and after-sales service often fall short of consumer expectations. In order to identify the brands that customers in Germany are really satisfied with, the PLUS X AWARD commissions an annual survey: exclusively for the PLUS X AWARD, the German Institute for Product and Market Evaluation asks men and women aged between 20 and 65 from all German states which brands they are particularly satisfied with in various categories. This identifies the companies that, in the view of these consumers, keep their promises and offer high-quality products and good service. They earn the award for the highest customer satisfaction.

The “Highest Customer Satisfaction 2023” award is based on an online survey that took place in April 2023. A total of 10,148 valid votes were cast in the survey. As a result, a total of 52 brands were identified and recognized accordingly.
