Best design brand
Besides the award for the most innovative brands of the year, a further special award across all products was presented for the third time in 2015: the seal for the “Best design brand 2015/2016”. This award is reserved for only a few recipients and honours the brands whose products received the most quality seals in the “Design” category across all the entry periods of a year.
From the consumer's point of view, design is finding its way into ever more areas of life. Whether when buying a car, furnishing the various living spaces, in consumer electronics or in sport and leisure products. In ever more fields, product design is one of the most important reasons to buy and contributes decisively to which product is preferred over its competitors. Good design encourages a potential customer to take a closer look. Good design conveys positive emotions and speaks to the wish for an experience when buying a product.
