The Amphion Argon 3L are high end loudspeakers which sound outstanding. Skilled craftsmanship and the proper selection of the parts build the basis for listening to music as invented by artists, not developers. To get to this ideal level, the music system needs to provide a high quality, otherwise the sound image runs the risk of getting bloodless. The Argon 3L rests on a solid base plate, which is bound to the ground with spikes. It features a bass-/midrange-unit with a diameter of 16.5 cm and an aluminium membrane. It is built into the roughly three cm thick baffle and protected against damage with a perforated plate grid. Such a construction also prevents the 25 mm dome tweeter from dents. The Amphion 3L is an uncritical load for amplifiers.
