The Recht & Heim insurance package by ARAG contains insurance for legal costs, personal liability, for household goods and optionally for residences. The customer can freely pick between a comfort and a premium version. No-claim bonuses of up to 40% are possible. For example, the package provides precautionary consultation of a lawyer independent from the case or lega protection in cases of infringements of parking or halting laws, an anti-stalking protection in order to enforce claims of nonfeasance. The insurance for household goods helps after weather damages or criminal acts against the household that were reported to police.
