With ARAG Verkehrs-Rechtsschutz Sofort, the insurer is breaking entirely new ground: until recently, retroactive cost cover in legal expenses insurance was unthinkable on the German insurance market. With ARAG, private individuals with an existing legal case in the traffic area can insure themselves retrospectively. That is innovative in a special way, all the more so as the cover is comprehensive. The insurer provides transparent information about its new benefits and explains, with regard to Verkehrs-Rechtsschutz Sofort, that this retroactive cover applies to exactly one claim that arose up to three months in the past. In return, ARAG covers out-of-court and court costs for legal representation in several benefit categories.
