Babysense 5 is a monitoring device for babies’ breathing and movement which helps to protect against the sudden infant death syndrome. The monitoring device is a medical device according to the quality class IIb and records micro movements thanks to its patented sensor technology. If the baby doesn’t move longer than 20 seconds or the device records less than 10 breathes per minute, it gives an acoustic alarm and a red alarm is lit. Babysense 5 is very easy to use: It is activated by pushing one button only. The two large sensor plates are simply put under the mattress. There, they record every movement.
