AVA fertility tracker bracelet

With the Ava bracelet, Ava offers a fertility tracker which can also be used as cycle tracker or pregnancy tracker. The bracelet is only worn at night, when the body comes to rest. In the morgen, the recorded data can be synchronised with the Ava app. Seven different parameters are recorded – among others the resting pulse, the variability of the heart frequency, the breathing rate or the blood circulation – thus offering not only information on the fertile days, but also about the quality of sleep and the stress level of the user.
