Buying the best food is one thing; then processing and storing it exactly as it deserves is another. With the bianco di puro VPS01 Multi-function Vacuum Pump System, users now literally get a tool in their hands with which all of that can be done. The vacuum pump for preserving food measures just 17 cm in height and 6 cm in diameter, but thanks to adapters it can be fitted to a wide variety of vessels – including the mixing containers of the blenders made by the same manufacturer. A shake or smoothie can thus be prepared with oxygen already excluded, which benefits taste, colour and nutrient content.
