The Bien-Zenker Ambience 209 SD house is a luxurious bungalow in prefabricated construction. Its u-shaped construction consists of two main building structure and a connecting building; they frame a share-roofed courtyard, which ends with a water flow and a wooden bridge in a pool with a living and dining terrace. All rooms are light-flooded thanks to large floor-to-ceiling windows. But the focus is not only on the design: intelligent light and shadowing functions, safety features such as a presence simulation offer a high degree of functionality and easy of use. The building management is centred around comfort and ecology.
