The prefabricated house Concept M 163 München from Bien-Zenker sticks out with its glass framed “terrace balcony” outside and the lively water wall inside. For this house, only high-end building materials were used. The open kitchen with the pantry, the spacious shower toilet and a separate office on the ground floor are proof of the functionality; the same is true for the bathroom area with a sauna and the balconies on the top floor. The Concept M 163 München also scores with regards to ecology: It has been awarded a DGNB Platinum certification.
