The Bien-Zenker Concept-M II is a fully newly developed energy efficiency house in prefabricated construction with a pent roof. The two levels of the house are divided in an unusual way: on the ground floor, bathrooms and sleeping rooms are located. The first floor creates a loft feeling for kitchen, dining and living, framed by an infinity terrace. Also, ecological aspects are covered on the highest level, using efficiency house 40 Thermo+ technology. The smart-home building management system for light, blinds and the energy management enable a comfortable control of all important functions in the house.
