The innovative energy efficiency house 40 „Concept-M Köln“ by Bien-Zenker is built with thermo outer walls including an insulated installation level. The Plus energy house is equipped with highly efficient photovoltaic systems on the roof, the façade and half-transparent as a glass element on the pergola as well as solar batteries that act as power storage. The building automation system “House Manager” for light, blinds, energy management, photovoltaic systems, heating, airing and alarm are also part of the package. It also includes the open, generous floor plan that is ready for a later reconstruction for accessability.
