The innovative energy efficiency house 40 „Concept-M Wuppertal“ by Bien-Zenker is built with thermo outer walls including an insulated installation level. The Plus energy house is equipped with highly efficient photovoltaic systems on the roof and Smart-City technology for a connection to an energy independent Plus-Energy-Estate. The building automation system “House Manager” for light, blinds, energy management, photovoltaic systems, heating, airing and alarm are also part of the package. It also includes the open, generous floor plan that is ready for a later reconstruction for accessability.
