The prefabricated house Evolution Mannheim by Bien-Zenker scores in the categories high quality, design, functionality and ecology. The house is produced in Bien-Zenker’s own production facility according to high quality standards. The functionality shows in the integrated opportunities for a smart home control as well as in its variety: More than 500 individual creative possibilities make sure that the Evolution Mannheim fits to the different needs of its future residents. Ecological aspects accompany the house and the residents right from the beginning: saving resources starts with the building phase and continues over its use, e.g. with photovoltaics and an intelligent energy management.
