The Evolution Bungalow from Bien-Zenker has been adapted to a difficult slope. It is characterized by its cubic construction and the filigree glazed balcony. Inside as well as outside, only high-end materials have been used. The layout is functional. Besides the open kitchen-dining-living area, the house also features a multi-functional room, a separate dressing room and a large bathroom with a sauna.
