BIEN-ZENKER PROTOTYP ATRIUMHAUS

With the prototype „Atriumhaus“, Bien-Zenker has created a design for a house, which features Innovation, High Quality, Design, Ease of use and Functionality and also respects ecological aspects. The Innovation is visible already in its name: The two-storey house has a consistent atrium, which connects the living area with nature located inside – a combination, which surely is especially attractive in compact inner-city locations. From an ecological perspective, the connection of wood and massive system construction results in a house, which fulfils the KfW efficiency house 40 plus standard. The atrium indirectly creates an open construction; all rooms are easy to reach. The house management system integrates all control processes, up to single appliances. This means ease of use.
