The Max Total® 40 allows for an intense workout from the comfort of your own home. The BOWFLEX brand weight station pushes the user to their performance limits through intense cardio training, improving physical performance. Progressive workouts, which adjust in intensity and difficulty to the user’s increasing performance level, allow successes to be built upon more and more to continue raising the performance bar in the long term. The device is easy to operate via the HD touchscreen and also offers the option of playing movies and series from popular streaming providers such as Netflix on the screen. Furthermore, the oversized pedals provide an ergonomic, generous pedaling surface.
