Cardiostrong’s EX90 Plus allows joint-friendly cardio training for the whole body. Depending on arm and leg movement intensity, different training goals can be achieved. Its continuously-variable stride length allows any type of training from stepping to running and, through its electronically adjustable magnetic break set, rpm-independent resistance up to 350 watts can be set. Its built-in computer features twelve pre-set programmes and four heart-frequency controlled programmes for a varied training experience. With its compact design and slim architecture, the cardiostrong EX 90 can be set up in nearly any space, its black metal frame giving it a stylish look.
