The gasket insert Curaflex Nova Multi replaces 90 conventional gasket inserts with only two variations, thus sealing about 75% of all used media lines securely in penetration. The frame rings are made of a special high performance polymere with a high mechanical firmness and chemical resistance. The rubber gasket consists of a specially designed mixture. With the DDE system (Doyma Diameter Extension), users can seal media lines flexibly over a large dimension range. The practical extendable flaps make this possible without using any too. The specifically developed, v-shaped geometrics of the modules significantly reduces the effort for clamping. The reversible installation and removal of the modules is made possible by a tongue and groove joint. The coloured marks and the special geometrics of the module nearly completely eliminate any mistakes in re-installing the modules.
