The STS principle (Soft Tight System) of the „Curaflex Nova Senso“ guarantees a gentle sealing thanks to a sealant that is integrated in the rubber. When clamping the „Curaflex Nova Senso“, the permanently elastic sealant is pressed through a screen mesh, thus filling the slit to the media line. This function is also guaranteed with corrugated pipes. Here, the sealant flows until the lower dell of the corrugation. The frame rings are made of a special high performance polymere with a high mechanical firmness and chemical resistance. The rubber gasket consists of a specially designed mixture. Damage of the pipe and the following costly removal and exchange of the pipe are prevented. The ITL-System always creates the right torque, thus creating a secure and reliable sealing.
