With its detached house concept, DOMCURA AG sets accents on the buildings insurance market. With the introduction of the “biological building age”, it has created a tariff feature that is unique on the market. The insurer also breaks new ground by abolishing the construction-type surcharge for walls that is customary in the industry. A market guarantee has been newly integrated; on a modular basis, “unnamed perils” can also be included, for which the insurer offers tailored all-risk cover. These protect the building itself and also associated technologies such as photovoltaics. The policy impresses with its extensive guarantee package and stands apart from the market in many respects with the content of its cover.
