The Electrolux SpeeDelight cooking and grilling system will find its home above all in professional settings, and not only because of its foreseeably high purchase price. For it is precisely here that speed and a consistently high-quality cooking result matter. The combination of contact grill, infrared radiation and microwaves makes food hot right through at high speed and crisp in the right places – in a third of the time conventional systems need. The lid of the appliance is always pressed onto the snack with the correct pressure and opens automatically when the timer runs out. Operation is via buttons and the 4.3-inch colour display, which also shows the necessary step-by-step instructions for use.
