The Balance show house from Fertighaus WEISS presents itself outwardly in a contemporary light beige with a shallow anthracite-grey pitched roof and has a taupe-coloured carport. Large, floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright atmosphere throughout the house and round off its well-considered design. Made predominantly from timber of regional origin and other carefully selected materials, the house is manufactured to the highest quality standards. The radio-operated “homee smart home” system, the well-considered floor plan and the state-of-the-art air/water heat pump also give users user-friendly, functional and ecological features.
