The energy-plus-house ULM by Fertighaus Weiss is a product with high quality and functionality, at the same time fulfilling modern requirements for ecology. Its high quality is visible in the materials used for manufacturing, among them wood from indigenous cultivation. Independent institutions have certified this quality. The functionality of the house is characterized by the networking of all elements of the house automation, from the heating up to the coffee machine. The control unit in tablet form increases the comfort and creates an efficient energy management. Thanks to this networking, the produced power can be directed where it is needed internally or transmitted into the public network. Being an Energy-plus-house, the ULM is able to produce up to more than 5,000 kWh of power.
