The Medley 3.0 show house in Werder by FingerHaus scores with high quality and functionality as well as with its design and its attention to ecological aspects. Its design is clear and straight-lined. White sets the tone, supported and accentuated by grey surfaces and colour elements. The bay window on the ground floor lightens up the appearance. Inside, the Medley 3.0 is a genuine family home. The ground floor holds not only the living and dining area but also an additional room that can be used as a guest room or a study. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the upper floor. The Medley 3.0 also has a cellar. FingerHaus documents the quality through the use of certified building materials, membership in various organisations and several quality seals. Ecological aspects are taken into account by using wood as the central building material: it is sustainable and provides good insulation. Electricity comes from a photovoltaic system, and heating is provided by an air-to-water heat pump. These features allow the Medley 3.0 to reach the KfW 40 Plus standard.
