Building your own house usually involves a lot of planning, problems and stress. Prefabricated houses therefore offer a comfortable alternative to conventional house building. With the CasaMina prefabricated house from Fischerhaus, however, it is not only stress, problems and planning that are reduced but energy costs too. For this timber prefabricated house is fully electric and fully connected and thus offers maximum comfort and intelligent energy management. A combination of flexible battery storage and improved thermal-mass screed leads to a high proportion of the photovoltaic system's electricity being used on site and therefore to low energy costs.
