Other than with standard axes, the blade of the splitting axe X27 is integrated in the handle for high security. The manufacturing with fibre reinforced plastic makes the X27 extremely durable. The blade consists of double-tempered steel and has a non-stick coating. Thus, the blade can be easily driven into the wood and removed as easily. The surface structure of the handle absorbs vibrations, combining secure hold with a comfortable haptic. The grips of the axe have a non-slip surface, offering a comfortable, secure hold. The hook-shaped end of the handle prevents accidental slip. The ideal weight distribution between the head and the handle of the axe creates a secure and efficient splitting.
