The patented valve insert in the Vario-DP control valve regulates the flow rate at the consumer independently of pressure fluctuations in the system. The pressure capsule behind the valve seal, consisting of two interconnected capsule springs, automatically adjusts the valve lift as soon as the set water volume is exceeded. The set water volume is thus assured. The simple, well-considered design allows above-average flow rates of 340 l/h and at the same time ensures high operational reliability through the smallest possible surfaces for contamination to attack.
