The front of the Grundig Music 7000 DAB+ looks like a small transistor radio from the 1960s – and yet, beneath the shell available in champagne and silver, it works with the most modern reception technology. Alongside an FM/RDS tuner there is also a receiver for digital radio in both DAB and DAB+ modes, which makes an entirely new variety of stations and sound quality possible. Whether analogue or digital reception, ten preset slots are available for each. There is an alarm clock and a sleep timer, after which there is complete silence after 90 minutes at the latest. And when needed the Music 7000 DAB+ comes along on the journey and plays for as long as four LR14 batteries last.
