The „LE33“ by HELMA is a prefabricated house limited to only 33 pieces with an intelligent and attractive floor plan. Besides the high quality and design oriented building, the “KfW-Effizienzhaus” 55 features an integrated drain heat pump, a slim masonry built of high perforated brocks filled with mineral wool and the triple-glazed windows with highly insulated plastic frames with a 6-chamber profile.
