The insoles 1.0 from iVibe offer training at any time and any place. They are the vibration plate within the shoe. They are controlled either offline at the insoles themselves or via the app. The app records exercises, training targets and successes and directly transmits them to Google Fit or Apple Health. But they are not only technically refined, they also feature a good wearing comfort.
