The SUNSHINE Fellbach prefabricated house from the Living Haus brand makes the path to home ownership uncomplicated and efficient. The prefabricated house is particularly distinguished by its quality and design. With design roof overhangs, a low roof pitch and a reduced construction height, as well as the compliant window arrangement with integrated wooden cladding as a visual highlight, the prefabricated house is particularly aesthetic. The room of the office extension can also optionally be used as a garage version. This and also the separate beamer room make the prefabricated house particularly functional.
