No fewer than three 17 cm drivers with ceramic-aluminium cones are responsible for reproducing low and middle frequencies in the Magnat Quantum 727: one is responsible for perfect voices and melody instruments, the other two provide the best bass. In this way they combine the advantages of a large cone area and a slim, living-room-friendly construction in a cabinet protected against resonances by sturdy bracing. A 30 mm fabric dome with a wide surround and a Harmonic Radiation Horn (HRH) guarantees full level and fine definition of the signals right up into the highest frequency ranges. As in all the manufacturer's high-quality loudspeakers and headphones, the drivers are tuned to optimum oscillation behaviour with the Klippel system.
