The maxxcuisine Julienne and Spiral cutter for vegetables and fruit is the first of its kind with interchangeable blades. According to need, broader or smaller stripes or fine julienne stripes can be cut. By using ABS-plastic and stainless steel the device is food-safe and can easily be cleaned in the dishwasher. The design is modern and plain without forgetting ergonomic and functional aspects. The finger protection has been formed specifically ergonomic to guarantee easy handling. Thanks to the straight construction it is easy to change between the two cutting thicknesses and to disassemble the device into its different parts for cleaning in the dishwasher.
