Mechanical keys are the magic word for the gaming keyboard Medion Erazer X81018 (MD87220). With this classical built, Medion promises a lifetime of up to ten times compared to most keyboards used today – and a continuously precise handling. To enable gamers to hit the right key even in dim light, it features an LED background illumination, which can be individually adapted. Five macro keys can be programmed with different key series, which for some games makes the difference between winning and losing. In addition, several user profiles can be saved – either for several players or according to the respective game. A scroll wheel allows adjusting the volume of the speakers or the LED lightness. With regards to comfort, the outstanding feature is the wrist rest which can be magnetically clicked-on to the keyboard. In combination with the wrist rest, the keyboard weighs nearly one kilogram – which means that even the most engaged gamers will have a hard time moving it.
