State of the art – it is hard to describe the Panasonic TX-77EZW1004 in any other way. Its 4K display in OLED technology was tuned together with the post-production studios of the film industry for the most realistic colour reproduction, rather than relying on garish effects. HLG (Hybrid Log Gamma) and HDR (High Dynamic Range) are the names of the two processes with which a broader spectrum of colour tones and contrast values can be reproduced. To match, the engineers of the sister brand Technics created a high-quality sound system which, with a total of 14 speaker drivers and four passive radiators, is entitled to carry the THX 4K logo. Via the My Home Screen 2.0 interface, up to eight reception paths can be taken: the quattro dual tuner can receive signals twice each from satellite, by cable, over DVB-T2 (HD) or over the network, in which the television can also act as a transmitter.
