The PRAEP ProPilot® offers three levels and numerous training variations for beginners and professionals alike. The ProPilot is made from 40 % glass fibre and reinforced plastic in a two-component injection moulding process, made in Germany. Anti-slip cover in TPE. The Infinitely design with its never-ending lines describes the three difficulty levels elegantly and timelessly. Simple operation through adjustment of the three difficulty levels using the supplied Allen key. Turning the handlebar and aligning it with the level ring and the three arrows on the housing. The smartphone app uses only simple visualisations. The ProPilot is versatile: “unstable press-ups” are possible at three different difficulty levels. The instability supports training of the supporting, core and deep musculature. The slight trembling stimulates the fibrous micro-musculature and provides a continuous stimulus.
