With the Vitalhaus Oranienburg Regnauer shows how to build sustainably for the future. The Regnauer Vitalwand with ecological wood fibre insulation gets a climate of wellbeing with a good conscience and the airtight concept combines controlled airing with heat recovery and windows from their own manufacture for an energetically optimal shaped of the building shell. A special highlight is the Regnauer Silence-Ceiling, an intermediate ceiling construction, which decouples sounds thanks to special swing elements. Intelligent SmartHome technology enables operation of blinds, light and heating with window control via smartphone, tablet or web interface. Regnauer exclusively uses certified wood from sustainable forestry.
