The Sage The Oracle Touch portafilter machine features a stainless steel dual boiler, which controls the exact water temperature. With the touchscreen, the user can individually set his preferred strength of coffee, the texture of the milk foam and its temperature. Five coffee variations are pre-programmed; in addition, eight individual settings are possible. The PID temperature control automatically adapts the water temperature. The result of all functions: Espresso and other coffee specialities in Barista quality.
