The Avantgarde D prefabricated house from Schwabenhaus fulfills ecological requirements and offers high quality combined with design. For the manufacturing of the Avantgarde D, Schwabenhaus only uses high-end materials and ecological parts of renowned suppliers; the production in Germany is done by using regenerative energy. The design of the Avantgarde D orients itself towards the classic cube form – thus showing a plain, clear lining. A geothermal heating, an air-water heat pump and the controlled aeration and de-aeration make the Avantgarde D a euro energy plus house. The house also includes a building control system based on the EnOcean technology.
