The Schwabenhaus show house Selection Schwarzwald has been designed as a spacious, barrier-free house, which provisions for living in the old age. Outside, it features a modern colour combination in white, olive-green and anthracite. The design window corners provide much light inside. Both floors inside are equipped with an elevator. If needed, an apartment for a nurse can be easily partitioned-off. All relevant systems such as heating or access control works with the integrated smart home system from Loxone. The Schwarzwald house is also up-to-date when it comes to ecology: As a standard, it is built as an energy efficiency house 55, but can be expanded up to the 40-Plus standard.
