The new Selection-E-235 Design 1 is conceived as a spacious house that can, if required, be pre-planned as a two-family home. Later use of the ground floor as a granny flat is possible, for example.

• smart connectivity through EnOcean technology
• Efficiency House 55, optionally Efficiency House 40 or 40 Plus
• bay and balcony make the house look spacious from outside
• finishing stages: turnkey, almost complete or build-it-yourself
