The Schwabenhaus Signature B counts on rooms flooded with light and has been individually adapted to the needs of the owner. Outside, it features clear lines, a large-space terrace and many windows. Inside, it has a clever layout. Innovative building technology and the sustainable construction result in an energy efficiency house 55 – if needed, it can be adapted up to the 40-Plus Standard. Alle elements in the house – from the multimedia-system over the heating and the access control – can be easily controlled by the integrated smart home system from Loxone.
