Designs can be expanded according to requirements up to a wide roof terrace that invites to stay. The EnOcean technology enables intelligent building management for light and roller shutter control, a smart home system controls airing, heating, cooling and security such as access control. Optimal energy standards will be achieved thanks to the sustainable method of construction and the innovative house technology.
