The white and anthracite design of the façade, the carport and the spacious balcony with its glass railings as well as the top floor module distinguish this bungalow from others. The EnOcean technology enables intelligent building management for light and roller shutter control, a smart home system controls airing, heating, cooling and security such as access control. Optimal energy standards will be achieved thanks to the sustainable method of construction and the innovative house technology.
