The Schwabenhaus Solitaire-E-135-E10 house convinces with its combination of a sustainable construction and innovative home technology. All Schwabenhaus houses are designe das energy efficiency houses 55. But the ecological requirements are fulfilled even to a higher standard: regenerative energy sources and the use of natural, ecological raw materials round off the ecology. The layouts of the houses of the Solitaire series can be adapted to individual requirements and taste with respective design packages. The concept E10 is a house with a flat roof, clear lines and a large corner balcony. The EnOcean smart home technology creates the ideal ease of use, e.g. for the wireless control of shades or lamps.
