With the intelligent home control “Home one”, energy can be fed into the central district storage for electro mobility and time-shifted use of energy for the evening hours. The high-end, modern design seamlessly integrates the photovoltaic façade. Large windows add up to the overall look. The Schwörer Energieplus Haus is manufactured with wood from sustainable forestry without chemical wood protection; it is pre-fabricated in dry work and with certified building materials. Besides the CE certification and the DIN Iso 14001 and 50001 certification, Schwörer regularly does an external testing in its production facilities; the company also has a EMAS certified environmental management system.
