The problem of high real-estate price in cities can be solved by a brilliant idea: The “Twin” line of prefabricated houses offers modern duplex houses as well as terraced houses and with these the possibility, to build and live efficiently and comfortably on small building plots. The exemplary living concepts enable both couples as well as families equally to live spaciously. Also, multigenerational houses are included in this line. Especially, the excellent soundproofing of the STREIF wall construction enables living quietly next to each other. Individual space requirements can be fulfilled thanks to expandable and variable house designs.
