Grilling is never entirely without danger, even when it is done with electricity instead of fire. The Tepro Odessa, at just under three kilograms in weight, is therefore heavy enough not to be pushed around by accident, and with a cool-touch housing or the cool-touch handles you will not burn your fingers so easily either. With a power consumption of 2,200 watts the teppanyaki grill heats up its smooth, coated grilling surface quickly – and with an integrated hot zone even two temperature ranges are available at once for optimum cooking. An easily removable and cleanable collecting container takes up fat and marinades so that you do not have to fiddle with them while grilling.
